Henry A. Rymer
Henry A. Rymer is an attorney at Campbell & Bissell, PLLC, practicing construction law and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Campbell & Bissell, Mr. Rymer served in the United States Air Force as a Judge Advocate. As an attorney for the Air Force, Mr. Rymer litigated over 30 courts-martial and courts-martial adjacent proceedings both as a prosecuting and defense attorney. His legal prowess in the courtroom led to a 100% conviction rate as a prosecutor, garnering him JAG Corps-wide recognition – including Hill Air Force Base’s nominee for Utah’s Servicemember of the Year.
Mr. Rymer’s demonstrated legal expertise allows him unique insight into his clients’ legal issues. With the wealth of experience he has gained in the courtroom, Mr. Rymer is uniquely positioned to understand the nuances of the law and leverage this information to the benefit of anyone who would seek his counsel.
